Bagel Bread By:contributor Ingredients 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup water 1 egg 2 1/4 cups bread flour 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast Method 1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic White Bread cycle; press Start. 2. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on metal rack and allow to cool one hour before slicing. |
