Chocolate Rum Balls By:contributor Ingredients 1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips ½ cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup light rum 3 tablespoons light corn syrup 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers 1 cup ground walnuts Method In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, rum, and corn syrup. Fold in vanilla wafers and nuts. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar. |
