Oriental White Fish (serves 4) By:contributor Ingredients 600g white fish – skinned, boned and cut into chunks 4 dessertspoons dark soy sauce 1 heaped teaspoon of finely chopped fresh ginger 1 deseeded red chilli – finely chopped Method Combine fish with chilli, ginger and soy sauce Put fish in a single layer on a shallow dish Cover and microwave on highest setting for 3-4 minutes, allow to stand for 2 minutes Serve with stir-fry vegetables, rice or noodles |
