Champagne Cocktail Angostura Cube of sugar Dry sparkling Wine or Champagne Soak the sugar well with Angostura. Put the cube into a Champagne glass and top up with sparkling Wine. Daiquiri 4 (c l) White Rum 2 (c l) Lime or Lemon juice 1 (c l) Sugar syrup Shake with a few cubes of ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Italian Stinger 4 (c l) Brandy 2 (c l) Galliano Shake with a few cubes of ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Rob Roy 4 (c l) Scotch Whisky 2 (c l) Red Vermouth Dash of Angostura Stir with a few cubes of ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. Manhattan 4 (c l) Bourbon or Rye Whiskey 2 (c l) Red Vermouth Dash of Angostura Stir with a few cubes of ice, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry. |
